So Lately there's been all sort of fiestas going on because the Orphanage completed 23 years and had their anniversary...kinda a wierd year to be celebrating??? Well some wealthy sponsors arranged for El Salvadors American Idol to come and sing to the head Nun. It was pretty cool! I didn't even know he was so famous untill he left and I asked. I should have known when every kid there was seeing every word of his songs.
This was carmencita dancing with him. The kids got quite into it and kept running up and hugging him and dancing with him. I"ll have to say he was a good sport.
I wish I could upload a video because I recorded him singing with them. But perhaps that will have to wait!
23rd anniversary?? And that's a milestone? El Salvador is so weird. I love it.
